The film “Million Dollar Baby” teaches me that I should never give up

People who insist to their dreams will always be success. Persistence means that you endeavor to figure out many different kinds of ways or actions achieving your dreams. Giving up easily can be said a negative attitude and irresponsibility which you choose to solve the difficulties what you may encounter ahead your dreams. Compared persistence and give-up, the former is much easier to do than the latter.

Good stories which connect with the idea “persistence” can inspire us the importance of this quality. For example, the great inventor Thomas Alva Edison. He once said that “Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration”. Nowadays, we can enjoy the light of the dark bight because of his insistence, and we can also use this famous motto to inspire myself all the time. Speaking of the modern time, I think that the protagonist in this movie, Maggie, insists on her dream being a boxer also teaching us what the persistence is. She learns how to boxing at the age of thirty-one, but for being a boxer, she is too old to be a player. Though she is too old to play boxing, she keeps asking her coach that if she can still be taught by him. Because she is so persistent and working hard, her teacher finally decides to teach her boxing. These two stories teach me that only when I pay out my endeavor, I can gain the beautiful fruits. The more you put out to fulfill your goal, the better your consequences will be. All we need to do to reach our goal is persist.

Persistence is a succession of journeys which strengthen your mind. Success always belongs to people who devote themselves into their dreams without being afraid of failures. Such as Edison or the protagonist in the film, Maggie, they are not afraid that what they will meet in their difficult voyages. If you want to fulfill your dreams, then all you have to do is persist in what you want to achieve and don’t give up easily. No matter what will happen in your road to stop you, breaking the obstacles, and you will find your own glories.
